Important Information Before You Order
Please read these common questions and order conditions before placing your order.
How long does an order take?
Digital Printing orders normally take 1–3 working days, while PDF Book Printing orders normally take 7–10 working days. Exact time may vary depending on quantity, finishing and order requirements.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery is available all over Pakistan. Delivery or courier charges are always separate from the printing or product price shown on the website.
How does payment work?
All printing orders require full advance payment. Only delivery or courier charges may be paid Cash on Delivery where applicable.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed after payment has been received and confirmed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. An order can be cancelled before printing or production has started, and the payment will be refundable. Once printing has started, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Changes may be possible depending on the production stage. Changes in files, specifications or finishing may affect the final charges.
What if there is a mistake in the file I provide?
If the customer provides a final print-ready file and that file contains spelling, layout, design or other errors, responsibility for those errors remains with the customer.
If AA Printing Hub prepares the file through our composing, formatting, editing or proofreading services and an error is made by us, we will take responsibility for that error.
What if there is a printing mistake from AA Printing Hub?
If a printing or production mistake is caused by AA Printing Hub, we will take responsibility for resolving that issue.
What happens if the parcel is damaged by the courier?
If an order is damaged during courier delivery, the loss will be handled on a 50/50 basis between the customer and AA Printing Hub.
Do you offer bulk-order discounts?
Yes. Special bulk pricing starts from a minimum quantity of 100. Orders of 500, 1,000 or higher quantities may qualify for further discounts.
Are urgent orders available?
Yes. Urgent printing is available subject to workload and production requirements. Urgent orders may have a minor additional charge.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once the parcel has been dispatched, courier tracking information will be provided.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Customers can order any quantity, including a single copy where applicable.
Who is responsible for copyright or legal permission for supplied content?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions and legal authority to print any files, designs, books or other content supplied to AA Printing Hub.

- Orders can be cancelled and refunded only before printing has started.

- Errors caused by AA Printing Hub during our service or printing process will be our responsibility.
- Courier damage will be handled on a 50/50 shared-loss basis.
- Bulk discounts start from 100 quantity, with further discounts available for larger orders.
